Your card will be placed at the top of my website layout, and you might have your card next to several other cards. I will only accept PayPal payments, as this is the safest and easiest way to do this. Just make sure that you are following the rules above, and then fill out the form below. After I get your e-mail, I'll reply back with all of the info for your card to be added. I do have the right to decline a site if I do not think that it is appropriate.
